Orders:

We ship all our products from our warehouse in the outskirts of Mumbai!

Currently we only ship within India, but in case you need some assistance with some special requests, please do not hesitate to reach us at contact@socksstation.in

You should have received an email once your parcel has left our warehouse. That email would consist of tracking details for your order. Please click on that link and follow the instructions. In case of any further assistance please reach out to support@socksstation.in

Nationwide shipping is free for orders above Rs. 499/-.In case of orders below Rs. 499/- a flat fee of Rs. 49/- is charged. Cash on Delivery charges are different from Shipping Charges.

Cash on Delivery orders are charged a flat fee of Rs. 49/- as a convenience fee.

Payments

We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking or Wallets to make the payments. Cash on Delivery is also acceptable at a minimal fee of Rs. 49/- per order.

Return or Exchange

Safety & Hygiene of all our customers is of utmost importance to us and to maintain the strictest of these norms, we do not accept returns for any orders.

In a remote case that you have received a product with some manufacturing defect, have received a wrong product or have any other concerns then please feel free to reach out to us at support@socksstation.in and we will try to resolve your concern to your utmost satisfaction.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Each Cash on Delivery order will be confirmed by our team by calling on the number provided in your order. The goods will not be dispatched unless a confirmation has been received. Once confirmed the order will be dispatched and follow the normal process.

Since each Cash on Delivery order has to go through an added phone confirmation process, it adds to the processing time for the order. Hence for quicker processing from our end, we request that you chose to pay through Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net-Banking, Wallets etc. rather than Cash on Delivery.
